Laramar Management Services, LLC, a subsidiary of the Laramar Group, announced that Woodview Apartments, a 248-unit rental community master developed by Conor Commercial Real Estate and Ravine Park Partners will begin pre-leasing in January 2015. The property is located in Deerfield, a northern suburb of Chicago.
Laramar Management Services has been acting as development consultants on this project for the past 18 months and has provided advisory services on Woodview’s brand and identity, as well as on unit layout design, common area interiors and finishes. Laramar will lead the pre-leasing activity and property management.
