The Shoppes at Grand Prairie in Peoria, Illinois was recently purchased by Singerman Real Estate, LLC from Miller Capital Advisory, Inc., according to a statement from HFF, which represented the seller.
The HFF team marketed the 468,127-square-foot property for Miller Capital, and Singerman Real Estate purchased the asset free and clear of existing debt, according to HFF.
The HFF investment advisory team representing the seller included senior directors Amy Sands and Clinton Mitchell and senior managing directors Barry Brown and Claudia Steeb.
The Shoppes at Grand Prairie is 94 percent leased and comprises six multi-tenant buildings and one single-tenant building. The center is home to more than 35 national and regional tenants including Bergner’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshalls, HomeGoods, DSW, J.Crew, Banana Republic Factory and more. The property is situated on more than 30 acres at 5201 West War Memorial Drive.
