John Latessa has been promoted to senior managing director with CBRE, where he will take over responsibility for the company’s operations in Ohio. Latessa has led CBRE’s operations in Detroit and southeast Michigan since 2008.
“John is a strong and highly regarded leader who has built on CBRE’s market leadership position in Detroit over the past five years,” said Mike Gerard, CBRE’s Central Division President. “He has demonstrated deep knowledge of our multi-faceted client services platform and the comprehensive, valued-added solutions CBRE can deliver for investor and occupier clients. Our operations in Ohio will greatly benefit from his leadership.”
Latessa has a varied and well-rounded background in commercial real estate. Prior to joining CBRE in 2008, he served as a principal/managing director of JFK Investment Company.
