American Mattress has recently signed a lease to join Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Crumbl Cookies in a new retail center coming to Merrillville, Indiana.
The new retail center will be located at 1600 79th Ave. Tropical Smoothie Cafe will feature a drive-thru.
Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial represented the landlord in this transaction.
The new retail center will break ground soon with a delivery date in the third quarter of this year. Latitude Commercial successfully filled 100% of the building.
