Latitude Commercial has helped to bring Jersey Mike’s subway shop to La Porte, Indiana.
The sandwich chain signed a lease to locate at 111 N. Madison St., Suite B, next to the new Anytime Fitness.
Brett McDermott of Crown Point, Indiana-based Latitude Commercial represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
