Tobacco Island has leased 1,800 square feet on the endcap of 700 W. Lincoln Hwy in Schererville, Indiana. This two-tenant building, shared with Arby’s, sits off the corner of US 30 & US 41. The lease was completed on September 1, 2019, and plans are to open the new location in the late fall of 2019.
Myles Rapchak of Latitude Commercial represented Tobacco Island in the lease.
Brett McDermott, senior vice president of Latitude Commercial, represented the landlord in the deal.
