The former Dyer Indoor Soccer Arena at 14914 101st Avenue in Dyer, Indiana, has been sold to new ownership and is set to undergo a complete transformation into a premier baseball and softball facility.
The local buyers plan to begin renovations immediately, converting the longtime indoor soccer venue into a facility designed to serve athletes throughout Northwest Indiana and the surrounding region.
The buyer was represented by Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial, based in Crown Point, Indiana, while the seller was represented by Dave Lasser of Commercial In-Sites.
