O’Reilly’s Auto Parts recently purchased land in Hobart, Ind., with plans to build a new retail location. O’Reilly Auto Parts completed the purchase of about 1.2 acres of land located at the corner of State Road 6 (Ridge Road) and Saint Joseph Place with plans to start construction immediately.
The building that is currently on the land will be demolished making room for the new store.
Aaron McDermott, of Latitude Commercial, represented the seller in the land purchase.
