Local franchise Winfield Development, with the help of Latitude Commercial, purchased land in Crown Point, Indiana, to build a new Dunkin Donuts store.
The land sits at 108th Street and Randolph Avenue. Dunkin Donuts completed the purchase of about 1.40 acres of land, and plans to start construction on a new restaurant soon.
Brett McDermott of Latitude Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.
