Chicago-based Golub & Company has added Laura Newman as assistant operations manager on the Portfolio Management team. She will focus on the execution of capital projects, major renovations, large tenant improvement projects and energy initiatives.
Newman comes to Golub from Cyclone Energy Group, where she managed energy efficiency advisory services for the company’s growing client base in Chicago’s commercial real estate industry.
She is active in both Chicago’s real estate and energy and sustainability communities, and is a member of Chicago’s Young Real Estate Professionals and the United States Green Building Council. She is also a Middlebury College Alumni Interviewer and is involved with the Women’s Leadership Workshop of the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
