Carmel, Ind.-based Lauth Group will build a 52,000-square-foot Gander Mountain retail store in the north Chicago suburb of Algonquin, Ill.
The facility will be located at 1400 S. Randall Road adjacent to an existing Super Walmart. The store is now under construction and will open in the Fall of 2014.
The outdoor specialty retailer is a repeat customer of Lauth. In 2012 Lauth developed the Gander Mountain in Lafayette, Ind. Other recent Gander/Lauth developments include two 45,600-square-foot projects located in Avon, Ind., which opened in April of 2014 and Greenfield, Ind., which is scheduled to open in May of 2014.
