MVP Law has expanded its office space at 10 E. Cambridge Circle in Kansas City, Kansas. Copaken Brooks worked with the law firm to negotiate its lease extension.

MVP is increasing its Kansas office from 26,273 square feet to 38,485 square feet, leasing two full floors of the three-story office building. The office sits adjacent to the firm’s Kansas City, Missouri, office just across the state line at 2700 Bi-State Drive.

MVP Law was founded in 1901. Last year, the firm opened offices in West Des Moines, Iowa, and Springfield, Illinois. The firm now has more than 65 attorneys and a support staff of more than 150 people across eight offices.

MVP extended its lease at its Kansas location for an additional 10 years. Vice president of leasing with Copaken Brooks worked with MVP to restructure the deal.
