Law firm HeplerBroom LLC is relocating its Chicago office from 150 N. Wacker Drive to 30 N. LaSalle St. In addition to the Chicago office, HeplerBroom has offices in Edwardsville, Ill., Springfield, Ill., and St. Louis. The firm has more than 80 attorneys.
The law firm, which has experienced growth over the past several years, has signed a 17,000-square-foot, long-term lease on the 29th floor of 30 N. LaSalle St. The firm is expected to move into its new space in July of 2012.
Managing Director Adam Mitchell and Senior Managing Director, Co-Branch Manager Tiffany Winne of Studley represented the tenant in the transaction.
“The Central Loop provides HeplerBroom with closer proximity to the courts in a building undergoing an extensive upgrade to its lobby, which were both major draws for the growing firm,” Mitchell said.
The landlord, Tishman Speyer, was represented by Greg Tait.
