The Sam Bernstein Law Firm has made a short, but pivotal move to its new headquarters at REDICO’s Woodlands Officecentre, just across the street from their former offices on Farmington Hills’ Northwestern Highway corridor in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Having employees spread out in three locations inside their previous building, the firm sought to bring its entire staff together in one suite, leasing 45,822 square feet of space at the three-story Woodlands. The Bernstein team invested in tenant improvements, renovating the entire footprint of the third floor. A buildout from a shell condition presented the opportunity to design and construct a functional and attractive space in the Class A building, which includes a cafe area, full-service fitness center with Peloton bikes, secured underground parking, meeting rooms and outdoor space.

The REDICO and Bernstein partnership began in Fall 2023 and a 12-year term lease was signed in May 2024. To ensure the firm’s targeted occupancy date of November 1, 2024, an ambitious timeline was met by the REDICO team who designed the space and the PCI-Dailey Company who handled tenant improvements.

Along with the excitement of Bernstein relocating to Woodlands Officecenter, four other new tenants are taking up residency in 2025 creating further buzz in the building. The Kirk Gibson Center for Parkinson’s Wellness, Amentum Technology, Fishbeck and The Healing Haven: Behavioral Health & Autism Therapy Services. With these new tenants, occupancy will be in excess of 95% in the 235,000 square foot building.
