Spencer Fane LLP is moving its Overland Park, Kansas, office this year to a new property owned and managed by Copaken Brooks.
The relocation to 6201 College Blvd in Overland Park, Kansas, will give Spencer Fane more capacity to accommodate growth and its increased need for conference rooms and office space. The Class-A seven-story office building recently went through renovations to the first and second floors. Spencer Fane will occupy 22,017 square feet in Suite 500 of the building.
Spencer Fane has had offices in the Kansas City area since 1952 and now has 16 offices in the country.
