Lawrence Group hired Associate Principal/Senior Project Manager Nick Naeger at its St. Louis headquarters. Naeger will join Lawrence Group’s Student Housing practice.
In 2023, Lawrence Group strengthened its position in the higher education market with the acquisition of nationally recognized student housing design firm KWK Architects. Together, the firms form a leading force in campus design, continuing to partner with colleges and universities nationwide to create innovative, student-centered environments.
The addition of Naeger further enhances this expertise, reinforcing the firm’s depth in student housing and campus life design.
A graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, Naeger launched his career in 2005 and has since specialized in residence halls, dining facilities, and academic spaces. His portfolio includes projects for prestigious institutions such as The Pennsylvania State University, University of Notre Dame, Colorado State University, Texas Tech University, and Washington University in St. Louis.
