The landlord, West Heritage Commons, was represented by Corporate Group.
B6 Ranch Prime is opening its first Pizza Ranch restaurant in the St. Louis region. The chain has more than 200 locations.
Lawyers Realty also represented landlord MR Watson in the lease of 2,560 square feet at 10210 Watson Road in Crestwood, Missouri, to Bone Strength Balance & Stability. RE/MAX Edge represented Bone Strength.
Lawyers represented landlord Bank of Springfield in the lease of about 45,000 square feet of land at 830 McDonnell Blvd. in St. Louis to Amazon. Cushman & Wakefield represented Amazon.
