CBRE recently landed the exclusive commercial sales and leasing assignments for Minnesota Health Village, a 100-acre, mixed-use development in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The property is being developed by Ryan Companies.
Brian Pankratz and Matt Oelschlager of CBRE Minneapolis will be responsible for the marketing, sales and leasing of the commercial listings on the property. In total, 47 acres have been designated for commercial use.
Plans for Minnesota Health Village began in February after the Maple Grove City Council approved Ryan Companies’ proposal for the land, which includes office, medical office, retail, wellness, life sciences, hospitality and residential uses.
Vertical construction of Minnesota Health Village is scheduled to begin in either late 2020 or early 2021
