Lee & Associates Asset Management Group was awarded Property Management of a 74,000 sq. ft. flex space building. The flex building on Devon is fully leased to roughly 20 tenants. The tenants all have staggering lease expirations and a diverse tenant pool with spaces averaging 3,000 sq. ft. The building also includes trailer parking that is a sought after requirement in the O’Hare market.

“We are excited to have won this new assignment. We have added this new owner to our list of clients and are looking forward to creating value and managing the asset,” said Crysta Buck, senior property manager.

Principal, Terry Grapenthin and Jay Farnam, senior associate at Lee & Associates of Illinois will represent ownership for leasing.
