Lee & Associates|Cincinnati has added investment sales experts Stanton Falk, Christopher Kinnard, Rocco Falk and Chris Vitori to its brokerage team.
These additional agaents join Matthew Johnson and Gage Wiethorn, who joined Lee & Associates in 2022.
Stanton Falk and Kinnard joined forces in 2015 and have nearly 30 years of combined investment sales brokerage experience selling shopping centers across the Midwest and southern United States. Along with research associate Rocco Falk, this team has structured the sale of more than 17 million square feet of primarily multi-tenant retail centers in 30 states.
Vitori brings more than 19 years of experience to his position and specializes in net-leased industrial, retail and medical properties in the Midwest and Southeast. He has completed more than $200 million in commercial investment property sales.
