Lee & Associates represented Anytime Fitness in the signing of a 5,880-square-foot retail lease at the Summit Center Marketplace in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
The new lease brings the occupancy of the shopping center to 100 percent.
The new Anytime Fitness is scheduled to open in August of 2015.
