Lee & Associates leased a 25,141-square-foot industrial building located at 1070 W. Ardmore Avenue in Itasca, Illinois.
Jeff Janda, SIOR and Chris Nelson, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Town & Country Distributors.
The Lee team also represented the tenant, The RDI Group, a manufacturer of engineered systems for the roofing, construction, power, metal coil processing, and medical industries.
The facility will serve as a satellite warehouse for The RDI Group’s primary location at 1025 W. Thorndale Ave in Itasca.
