Lee & Associates negotiated a 5,350-square-foot lease at 6657 South St. in downtown Tinley Park, Illinois. The property is strategically located southwest of Chicago with nearby access to I-57 and I-80.
Both the seller, South Street LLC, and the buyer, the Pappas Family, were represented by Rick Scardino, principal, and Michael Petrik, senior associate, at Lee & Associates of Illinois.
According to Scardino, the new owners plan to introduce an elevated gastropub with a refurbished menu and enhanced interior that embraces the dynamic atmosphere of Tinley Park’s revitalized entertainment corridor. The downtown retail corridor has been strengthened by the recent opening of Harmony Square, a 1.6-acre plaza featuring a live performance venue which hosted its grand opening on July 17, 2025 with a concert by the Bo Deans.
