Lee & Associates closed a pair of industrial sale transactions in the Chicago market.
Dylan Maher, senior vice president, and Brian Vanosky and Michael O’Leary, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, Iwema Excavating in their disposition of a 15,170-square-foot industrial building located on a 2.17-acre site at 3840 S. Laramie Avenue in Cicero, Illinois. The industrial outside storage (IOS) property was purchased by a private investor.
Sean Austin, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented buyer Holian Industries on its purchase of a 5,500-square-foot property at 221 N. Laflin Street in Chicago. The seller, Globe City Partners, was represented by Roger Luri of Luri Properties.
