Lee & Associates brokered the $1.8 million sale of 3.75 acres in the Orchard Pointe development in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.
Blake George and Chris Etmanczyk of Lee & Associates represented the seller Orchard Pointe Development Company, Inc. The buyer was JTK Limestone Ridge, LLC.
Plans for the site include the construction of apartments with a mix of market rate and workforce apartments.
