Rick Scardino, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, brokered the lease of 6,605 square feet at 1213 E. Rand Road in Arlington Heights. Scardino represented the tenant, Crest Furniture, as well as the owner, ATI Capital. Crest is relocating from nearby.
Scardino represented ATI Capital again within the same shopping center on the lease of 12,982 square feet at 1215 E. Rand Road. The tenant, Dragovich Fitness Holdings (Pure Elite Fitness), was represented by Tim Murphy. Pure Elite Fitness will offer specialized and highly structured training and services for those looking for more individualized fitness and nutrition consulting options.
