Lee & Associates has chosen Cleveland as the site for its 50th office.
Bradley Coven, Jeremy Steiger and Joseph Greenberg will head Lee & Associates Cleveland. The office is the seventh for Lee in the Midwest and its first in the state of Ohio.
“This marks a significant move on our part to get a foothold in the Ohio market as well as growing our Midwest presence and adding an additional outreach to all our offices nationwide,” said Jeffrey Rinkov, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Lee & Associates.
Coven, a 16-year veteran in the commercial real estate business, comes from Coven-Goldman Associates, a 65-year-old full-service commercial real estate firm. Steiger began his commercial real estate career in the Cleveland area in 1996, forming his own company, Select Ohio, in 2010. Greenberg has 15 years of commercial real estate exerience. For the last seven years, he has run Greenberg Real Estate Advisors.
