Lee & Associates negotiated the $1.19 million purchase of 3800 Commerce Drive in St. Charles, Illinois, a 10,696-square-foot industrial building.Â
Andrew Block, executive vice president at Lee & Associates, represented the purchaser, Labels & Specialty Products.
This will be the purchaser’s second facility and will accommodate their growth as they continue existing operations in their current 23,000-square-foot headquarters, also located in St. Charles.
