Lee & Associates Kansas City and Central Coast, Calif., negotiated the $1 million sale of the Armaine Apartment Building at 3517 Main St. in Kansas City, Mo.
Jon England of Lee & Associates Kansas City and Al Segal of Lee & Associates Central Coast represented the seller, Coastline RE Holdings Corp.
In 1912, the property was originally built as a hotel and was eventually converted to an apartment complex a generation later. The property was 90-percent leased at the time of its sale.
