Lee & Associates closes11,500-square-foot lease transaction at 2743 W. 36th Place in Chicago, Illinois.
Dylan Maher, senior vice president at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Tepatitlan Company, a regional wholesale distributor of Mexican candies.
Maher originally represented Tepatitlan Company when they leased a 5,000-square-foot unit in the same building during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the business expanded, Tepatitlan once again partnered with Maher to grow into 11,500 square feet of warehouse space within the same facility. The move enabled a seamless transition by avoiding overlapping rent obligations and insuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
