Lee & Associates recently closed a 140-acre land sale located at the northeast corner of Blue Ridge & Prospect Avenue in Grandview, Mo.
The transaction price could not be disclosed.
The land has been on the market for more than two years with other leading national brokerage companies. Lee & associates Kansas City closed the transaction within 60 days of listing.
Todd Weltmer, director of Lee & Associates’ Kansas City office, represented the seller, Trustco, LLC. Harvest Nations, the buyer, was not represented.
