Lee & Associates has completed a 211,500-square-foot industrial space lease renewal and expansion located at 6750 Daniel Burnham Dr. in Portage, Indiana.
Principal Brian Vanosky of Lee Illinois represented the landlord, Venture One Real Estate.
The tenant, Hosley International, was represented by Principal Just Fierz also at Lee Illinois. This is the third lease that Brian Vanosky has secured at the building in the last nine months. The other tenants include Ryder Logistics and Lear Corporation.
