Lee & Associates has closed a $7 million industrial sale at 2230-2300 Ridge Drive in Glenview.
Vice President Michael Plumb of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the buyer, BVI Holdings LLC. The seller, Millennium LLC, was represented by Sam Badger, Whit Heitman, and Brad Weiner of Paine/Wetzel.
According to Plumb, the buyer’s affiliated company, Bestview International, intends to relocate its North American headquarters into the 78,803-square-foot facility. “This sale transaction marks the continued trend of absorption of Class A industrial space in light of the high demand for core product throughout Chicagoland.”
Built in 2000, the three-unit 60 percent leased property’s current tenants include Andersen Windows and Design Craft.
