Lee & Associates has completed a long-term lease for a 28,000-square-foot, 10-acre industrial site located at 221 Chipman Road in Lee’s Summit, Mo.
The value of the lease is in excess of $1.5 million. As one of the only available sites in the metropolitan area individually serviced by the Union Pacific Railroad, this former lumber yard will once again house one of the leading producers of engineered wood products and plywood in North America.
Ben Boyd and Nathan Anderson of Lee & Associates Kansas City represented the landlord, RL Sweet Lumber. The tenant, Boise Cascade Building Materials, was represented by Kessinger Hunter Commercial Real Estate.
