Lee & Associates closed a $6.187 million sale transaction for a 59,778-square-foot industrial building at 700 District Drive in Itasca, Illinois.
The sale closed on Sept. 12.
Jeffrey Janda, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, Levi Holdings.
The buyer, Venture One, purchased the building pre-leased to Premistar, an HVAC contractor represented by Cal Payne of CBRE.
