Lee & Associates finalized three transactions in the Chicago market. The firm closed a lease renewal for a 35,783-square-foot industrial space located at 226 Gerry Drive in Wood Dale, Illinois and facilitated the sale of 952 and 956 Donata Court in Lake Zurich, Illinois, which were sold in two separate transactions.
Jeff Janda, SIOR and Jeff Galante, principals of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, DRA Advisors, in the Wood Dale lease. Dan Steinberg of Domain Properties represented the tenant, Advance Thermal Corp. Property management of the building is handled by Lee & Associates Asset Management, LLC.
Rick Anesi, vice president of Lee & Associates closed the pair of transactions in Lake Zurich, in south Lake County. Anesi represented the seller, Oslo Development, in both transactions, as well the buyer for 956 Donata. The units were 6,980 square feet each.
“The location and size of the units were a great fit for both transactions,” Anesi said. “South Lake County is a tight market and inventory is on the low side.”
