Lee & Associates negotiated a 5,424-square-foot restaurant lease at 22 E. Chicago Ave. in Naperville, Illinois.
The space is located in the River District Shopping Center, adjacent to North Central College and the pedestrian-friendly riverwalk. The restaurant is expected to open in the second quarter of 2025.
The White Sheep, a breakfast and brunch restaurant, was represented by Rick Scardino, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois. This will be the tenant’s second location, building on the success of its existing restaurant in Orland Park, Illinois.
The landlord, Bucksbaum Properties, LLC, was represented by Brooke Spinell of Mid-America Group and Tom Bernier of Bucksbaum Properties.
