This transaction marks the third-largest user sale this year in the Fox Valley market.
Michael Androwich, Jr., principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the buyer, Blue Peak Tents, who is currently located in Batavia and expanding their operations.
Nick Eboli and Andrew Block, principals of Lee & Associates, represented the private seller who decided to close their screen printing operation housed in the facility.
