Lee & Associates closed three industrial real estate transactions in the Chicago area’s I-55 Corridor.
Terry Grapenthin and Ryan Earley, principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented tenant Charlene Products, Inc., a beauty industry supplier, on its new 26,886-square-foot lease at 905 Carlow Drive, Suite D, Bolingbrook. The 256,070 square-foot building is owned by Link Logistics. Charlene Products is relocating and expanding from its prior location in Plainfield.
The same Lee team represented sublessor USPack, a leading logistics provider, on a sublease of 148,019 square feet at 825 Veterans Parkway, a 256,372-square-foot property in Bolingbrook. The subtenant took the space immediately, as-is, and covered USPack’s lease obligation.
Lastly, Grapenthin and Earley represented buyer Pharmacy Automation Supplies in its purchase of 4.38 acres at Plainfield Business Center, Lot 6, for a new build-to-suit warehouse and office facility. The manufacturer and distributor of consumables to retail and healthcare organizations is relocating from a smaller, nearby space in Romeoville. Northern Builders, the seller, will construct a 30,000-square-footstate-of-the-art building, expandable to 60,000 square feet, in the Plainfield complex. The facility is due for completion at the end of 2025.
