Lee & Associates has negotiated a 50,056-square-foot industrial lease at Northwest Corporate Park XIV, 2300 and 2380 Galvin Drive in Elgin. The tenant, Convenience Concepts Inc., brings the 219-square-foot building to 100% occupancy.
The firm also negotiated a 49,766-square-foot industrial lease at Northwest Buisness Park VI, 2790 Spectrum Dr. in Elgin. PepsiCo Global Real Estate is the tenant.
