Lee & Associates expanded its Chicago-area Office Brokerage Group and launched a dedicated Healthcare Real Estate Division.
The firm has welcomed three accomplished professionals — Principals Peter Cangialosi and Doug Pauly, and Associate Austin York — who bring more than 35 years of combined experience representing healthcare providers, investors and property owners across the Midwest. The team was most recently at Oak Brook, IL-based Joseph Rossi & Associates, Inc.
Lee & Associates of Illinois’ new healthcare division provides comprehensive brokerage and advisory services, including tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, site selection and acquisition support for everyone from independent providers to institutional healthcare systems.
Peter Cangialosi has two decades of commercial real estate experience, including more than ten years focused exclusively on healthcare. He has completed several hundred healthcare-related transactions.
Doug Pauly has 10 years of experience in commercial real estate, including more than six years exclusively within the healthcare sector. He has executed transactions valued at over $100 million, with a broad client list that includes independent physicians, multi-specialty group practices and institutional investors. He notes the importance of data in the team’s client support strategy.
Rounding out the team is Austin York, a professional with nearly a decade of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and real estate acquisitions across multiple industries. Having worked with organizations such as the National Association of REALTORS®, Redfin and Second Century Ventures, he combines corporate perspective with entrepreneurial agility.
