Lee & Associates has completed a lease renewal and expansion transaction for 46,304 square feet of industrial space located at 1147-1149 Ellis Street in Bensenville, IL.
Chris Nelson, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, American Linehaul, a premier expedited LTL carrier. The building is owned by logistics real estate firm Prologis.
