Agracel recently purchased the 127,500-square-foot Classic Equine Equipment Facility in Fredericktown, Mo.
This purchase means that Agracel now owns three developments in Missouri.
Classic Equine is a designer and manufacturer of rail systems, barn components, exercisers and accessories relating to the equine industry.
David Zeigler of Lee & Associates in St. Louis represented the seller. Thomas Homco, also of Lee & Associates, represented Agracel.
