Marco Holdings, with the help of Lee & Associates, recently purchased a 49,130-square-foot industrial building in Lafayette, Ind.
The buyer represented itself in the transaction. Stan Elser and Bill Brennan of Lee & Associates represented the seller, Sears, Roebuck & Co.
