Lee & Associates of Kansas City, Missouri, has added Bruce Johnson as a senior vice president. He brings 33 years of commercial real estate experience to his new position.
Johnson represents owners/users and tenants/buyers in both leasing and sales transactions with a concentrated focus on office properties.
Johnson’s knowledge of the greater Kansas City region and individual submarkets provides clients with a comprehensive analysis of the overall marketplace.
He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and served on the board of the Kansas City CCIM Chapter from 2012 through 2018. Johnson was the Kansas City CCIM Chapter President in 2018.
