Lee & Associates, has closed the 101,577-square-foot sale of 701 Rohlwing Road in Itasca, Illinois. This is the largest user sale in the O’Hare submarket this year by both sale price and square foot.
The sale transaction closed Aug. 1.
Jeffrey J. Janda and Jeff Galante, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, a private owner.
Chris Nelson and Calvin Gunn, also principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the buyer, TR Property Management.
