Lee & Associates negotiated the $1.39 million sale of a 74-acre site at 42008 N. Delany Road in Zion, Illinois.
The site includes a detached residential farmhouse, aircraft hangar, barn, and machine shop. It is situated 3.6 miles to I-94 and across the street from the 210-acre Old Hickory Forest Preserve.
The seller, The Rita J. Mass Trust, was represented by Rick Scardino, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois and Tom Glusic of Coldwell Banker Realty. Kris Seegren and John Steele of RE/MAX Plaza represented the buyer, Underground Motor Sports, an automotive and plane repair company.
