Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $2.7 million sales transaction for a 18,500-square-foot office investment building located at 3350 Ralph Powell Road in Lee’s Summit, MO.
Jon S. England and Nathan Anderson, principals of Lee & Associates Kansas City office, represented the seller, MJB of Missouri, LLC. The buyer Valley Oaks Investments, LLC, a private investment company, liked the location and passive net lease structure of the offering.
“This building was a solid package of high quality construction and a diverse, stable tenant mix. Properties like this continue to be in high demand with investors,” said England.
