Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction for a 51,000-square-foot unit located at 1539 Hunter Road in Hanover Park, IL. Andrew Block, associate, and Mike Plumb, principal, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Acmate LLC.
“This transaction was particularly exciting as our marketing team was tasked with repositioning the asset from a distribution to manufacturing facility in order to win the deal,” Block said. “Morgan / Harbour Construction has been appointed as general contractor, and building improvements are scheduled to commence immediately to accommodate the tenant’s timeframe.”
Cody Sundberg and Chris Watts of JLL represented the tenant, Nefab Packaging, a global industrial transport packaging manufacturer. Nefab is relocating from Elk Grove Village.
