Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction at 101 Paragon Drive in Romeoville, Illinois. Chemtech Services, a manufacturer of high vacuum distillation equipment, will take a 22,600-square-foot space in the industrial property.
Terry Grapenthin and Jeff Galante, principals, with Ryan Earley, vice president, of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Lakeview Realty Investors. This is the second lease that the team has completed at this address within the last month. Ryan Klink of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
“Chemtech had multiple facilities in a neighboring city, one of which was no longer large enough,” Grapenthin said. “They had certain time constraints, so our spec office played a role in their decision, coupled with an upgrade to a core facility.”
